1st Annual USSSA Kansas State Championship

We played our first tournament of the season

A Kansas State Championship attracts some of the top premier teams in each age bracket.

While we have been placed in Division 3 for the Heartland Spring Season with most of the other U15 Independent teams our coaches believe most of us have the potential to play at a higher level and be very competitive against Division 1 and Division 2 teams.

Our tournament opponents, BVSC STARS Juventus, KC Legends World Cup I, and KC Strikers Gold, all play in higher divisions at Heartland. All have been successful in regional tournaments. Playing higher level teams gives us an opportunity to show where we are both individually and as a team. It highlights the the things we do well and exposes the areas we have to work on to improve our game.

Our team should be very proud of how we adjusted and progressed throughout this tournament.
