USSSA Nationals

BAD NEWS - The USSSA National Championships Tournament in Texas has been cancelled due to weather & field conditions. I will post more info as it comes to hand.

I am sure, like me, everyone is disappointed. I had a feeling that we would have a great tournament this weekend.

I have contacted OP Soccer Complex to see if they have any fields available Saturday. Maybe we can have a kick-around and get together to watch a game later.

THE GOOD NEWS -

We have Field #3 reserved for a kick-around Saturday @ 11:00AM. Hope everyone can make it so we have enough players to scrimmage. Plan on lunch together after we finish.

When we won the USSSA Kansas/Missouri Championship this summer we qualified to play in the National Championship Tournament.

The tournament will be held December 4-6 at Old Settler's Park, Round Rock Texas (near Austin).

Round Rock is approximately a 10 hour drive from Kansas City.

HOTEL INFO: We will be staying at LaQuinta, approx 3 miles from the fields. We have reserved 5 rooms for the boys (3 to a room). If families need rooms please contact the hotel direct to make a reservation.

NOTE: We will visit the fields Friday afternoon and have a brief kick-around to loosen up after the trip. Make site you bring some practice gear.

CHECKING IN: Please let me know when you check in to the hotel so we can coordinate a team meeting.
