Financial Commitment
All financial commitments of a team are shared by all
parties on the team. Players and guardians agree to
participate fully in the entire program
which includes, a Club season with two practices per
week and games during weekends.... in addition to
tournaments, friendly games and other events offered by your
coach for the team. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARENTS
UNDERSTAND THIS COMMITMENT AND ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH IT
BEFORE THEY SIGN UP THEIR PLAYER FOR THE TEAM.
We always attempt to keep
costs to play on our team as low as possible.
Costs incurred for each
year include:
Player Registration with Blue Valley Soccer Club
$75.00 per season
&
BVSC Premier Player Fee
$50.00 per year... Total $125
(The
above fees should be paid after team selection in June
and cover individual player and team registration with
Heartland Soccer, use of BVSC resources, and assigned
practice fields for the team to use during the season).
Team
Fees:
Each season we contract
with an MLS player and/or experienced coach to help the boys
develop their skills. In past seasons Wizards defender Jose
Burciaga Jr, Ryan Pore and keeper Eric Kronberg ......and Mid America Nazarene U coaches Derek Hamer
& Mike Stone have worked with our team.
Team fees also cover
equipment, practice t-shirts, additional field rentals and
Referees when needed.
Team Fees are $175.00 per
season payable before the first practice session.
Uniform Fee:
In the past we have
provided game jerseys and conflict jerseys. These often need
to be replaced, repaired or upgraded. Some of the
older jerseys can still serve as conflict jerseys for our
two 2010 teams.
Each player will also
receive a team t-shirt to wear at practice.
Players/Parents will be
responsible for supplying designated shorts, socks and
cleats (and a ball for practice).
(The
Uniform Fee is included in our Team Fees and should be paid before practices start)
Tournaments:
We will attempt to schedule
a minimum of three tournaments during our Spring 2009
season.
Costs vary based on
Tournament Registration Fees.
Average Registration cost per player per tournament:
$40.00 - $45.00
We plan attend at least one
out-of-town tournament so there will be some travel and
overnight accommodations required.
