Game Conflicts - Availability

Our games for this season were scheduled is based on player availability feedback from players and parents received prior to registering our teams.

Please give us plenty of advance notice if plans have changed and you know you will not be available for a specific game or weekend.

If we do not have enough players we will forfeit that game.

We must have our "Guest Player Permits" for Celtic players playing up on Liverpool by Wednesday prior to the game.

Heartland Re-Schedule Policy requires Requests to reschedule games must be finalized a minimum of 10 days prior to the original schedule date.
