Tim Howard GK Academy

The Tim Howard Goalkeeper Academy covered plenty of basics and advanced keeper training. They really crammed a lot during the thirteen 2-hour sessions.

It was a great opportunity for Derek to work with coaches experienced at the college and professional level.... And one of the World's Top Goalkeepers.

Coach Longenecker worked with the senior goalkeepers. This group included high school and college keepers from Tennessee, Alabama, Florida and Kansas.

Unlike many camps where top players make cameo appearances and sign a few autographs Tim Howard was very "hands-on" with the senior keepers. Here he explains "explosive power".

Coach Longenecker and Tim Howard made a great team. Plenty of demonstrations... ... And explanations ..... They kept an eye on progress And gave everyone an evaluation at the end of camp.
