Celtic Game for Saturday April 25th

Kick-Off 2:15PM - Vs BV United - HSP # 14

This is a big game for Celtic.

Our team is coming together now and a win could jump us up near the top in division standings.

Be at the field by 1:30 so we have plenty of time to warm-up.

Make sure to bring your conflict gear.

Update - May Tournaments

Tournament dates & locations --- We had enough players commit to play one team in Patriot Cup and the USSSA Kansas State Championship.

Final rosters for both tournaments will be announced soon.

April 18th Games

Bummer..... Both games at Polo Fields were cancelled.

The Jackson County official thought the fields were too wet. (Although conditions were great for the Liverpool kick-around on the adjacent fields).

I will contact the other coaches and try to reschedule to a mid-week game so we do not have to shorten our season.

Wednesday Scrimmage

Important: Park on the east side of the street. DO NOT park in front of the houses on the cul-de-sac.

Players - Mid-Season Reviews

This weekend both teams will play our fourth game, which means it is time for mid-season reviews for all players.

Player reviews will start this week.

It is important as individuals we constantly strive to become better, improve our overall skills, acknowledge and work on correcting weaknesses, and contribute more to the overall team effort.

Our review process offers an opportunity to evaluate each players progress to date, and review both physical and psychological aspects of their game each player needs to work on to take their game to the next level.

Changes - Practice - April 23rd & 30th

I have been notified that the school will be using the field on Thursday April 23rd so it cannot be used for practice. We will go to watch the Wizards play New York Red Bulls instead.

They will also have a track meet on April 30th but we will be able to practice in our later time slot (if they finish on time).

Medical Releases

Still waiting on a few Medical Releases

++ Medical Releases ++ All players who were not with us last year, and anyone who has moved, will need to complete a Medical Release form and have it notarized. Please get these to me as soon as possible.

Trainers Fees

Danny & Eric like to eat and pay the rent.... so..... Please get all Spring Season Trainers Fees to Kim Cook now.

Returning Players: $125.00

New Players: $165.00 - A new player is one who did not play with a Predators team in 2008.

Please mail a check payable to "BV Predators Soccer" to Kim Cook, 9370 West 193rd Terrace, Bucyrus KS 66013. Make sure to include players name in memo area
