2007 - Ryan At Practice

With Jose traveling with the Wizards reserve forward
Ryan Pore filled in Thursday and gave the team a great
workout.

Ryan put the guys through speed, agility and
ball handling drills, worked a small field game, then had
them work on crossing and finishing, before trying a few
penalty kicks.

It was a great workout and a lot of fun.
Thanks for working with us Ryan.
